1. Purchases are server support, not a shield

Buying Lightning Bolts or a Supporter tier does not exempt you from the server's rules. If you break the rules, you can still be warned, kicked, or banned exactly like any other player, regardless of what you've purchased or how much you've spent.

2. No refunds

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for bolts, subscriptions, boosters, vehicles, or any other perk once a purchase is complete.
• If you are banned or your access is otherwise restricted for breaking server rules, no refund will be issued for any active subscription or unused perks.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first will result in an immediate and permanent ban from the server and Discord, and forfeiture of all purchased perks.
• For every purchase, we record the IP address, browser/device information, Discord account, and the time you agreed to these terms. This information is used only for fraud prevention and to respond to payment disputes, and is submitted to our payment processor if a chargeback is filed.

3. Subscriptions and Discord roles

• Subscription tiers renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
• Your tier-specific Discord role (and any perks tied to it, such as helicopter dealership access) is removed if your subscription lapses or is cancelled.
• The basic Supporter role is never removed once earned, whether from a bolts purchase or a subscription.
• Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

4. Delivery

Purchases are delivered as an in-game redemption code, redeemed with /redeem <code>. It is your responsibility to keep your code safe and to redeem it on the correct account and character. We are not responsible for codes redeemed on the wrong account, lost, or shared with others.

5. Pricing and perks

Prices, bolt amounts, booster quantities, and perks may change at any time without notice. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Eligibility

You must be able to legally enter into this transaction and use whatever payment method you provide. Purchases made with a payment method you are not authorized to use will be treated as fraud and may result in a ban.

7. Not affiliated

Lightning Networks is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Discord Inc.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store or server after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
